Richard D. Wagner, Director, Portfolio Management and Transactions for AT&T Services, Inc., was named the 2014 Corporate Real Estate Executive of the Year for the Chicago chapter of CoreNet Global. The regional award was presented at the November 2013 Annual Chicago REAL Awards.
CoreNet Global is the world’s premier professional association for corporate real estate executives and workplace professionals.
In this role, Wagner leads a team of senior managers responsible for strategic planning functions for 65 million square feet of leased and owned real estate property throughout thirteen Midwestern states. Wagner also directs a team of transactions managers responsible for buying, selling, leasing and subleasing real estate assets.
“Richard’s outstanding and distinguished contributions to corporate real estate make him very deserving of this award,” said CoreNet Global CEO Angela Cain.
CoreNet Global will recognize its award winners and name the Global Corporate Real Estate Executive of the Year during the CoreNet Global Summit in Washington, D.C. in October of 2014.
