Rick Spector has joined JLL‘s St. Louis office as senior vice president of Retail Brokerage.
He will be responsible for building the new retail brokerage team located in St. Louis, Missouri.
Spector has varied experience, having focused not only on the leasing efforts of traditional shopping centers, but also has leased multiple ground-up developments.
Most recently, he pre-leased a 213,000-square-foot Whole Foods anchored shopping center in Indiana to 100 percent occupancy. And in Illinois, Spector successfully pre-leased an 86,000-square-foot Mariano’s Fresh Market (Kroger) anchored shopping center to 100 percent occupancy before the shopping center was sold.
For the past two years, he has been amongst the highest producing leasing agents with his former employer, Regency Centers, a publicly traded REIT.
