Ridgeline Property Group named Michael Nelligan as a Partner to direct its Chicago operations.
As Partner, he will be responsible for the oversight and execution of speculative projects, build-to-suit development and value-add acquisitions including sourcing, design, entitlement, construction, leasing and disposition in the Chicago market.
Nelligan has been an industrial real estate professional for over 30 years, including 25 years focused on the Chicago market, and has executed over 300 acquisition, development, and leasing transactions across 35 states. He has worked for Trammell Crow Company, Duke Realty, Jones Lang LaSalle and EQT Exeter.
Nelligan was most recently affiliated with Portman Industrial as Vice President of Development for the Northeast Region, where he sourced and executed speculative developments in the Eastern Pennsylvania and New England markets.
