A property in Chicago’s River North neighborhood sold to Centrum Realty and Development for $4 million, according to a statement from Marcus & Millichap.
Kyle Stengle and Stephen Lieberman, investment specialists at Marcus & Millichap represented the seller of the property.
The building, occupied by Alper Services, sits on 9,767-square-feet of land and has a DX-5 zoning designation. The property currently operates as a multi-story 14,400-square-foot office space.
