RJM Construction, a Minneapolis-based general contractor, will renovate new office space for law firm Moss & Barnett in Minneapolis.
RJM Construction will renovate 39,000 square feet of space spanning two floors at the Fifth Street Towers at 150 S. Fifth St. in Minneapolis. Construction will begin in early March. Moss & Barnett will move to its new office location in August of 2014.
“The new space will be a reflection of our repositioning of the firm for the future. We are creating a more efficient environment for employees to serve clients for years to come,” said Kevin Busch, chief operating officer, Moss & Barnett, in a written statement.
In addition to RJM Construction and Moss & Barnett, project partners include architecture firm HGA and property manager Zeller Realty Group.
