Thomas Hussong, project scheduler with Mineapolis’ RJM Construction, has earned certification in lean construction by the Association of General Contractors.
Lean construction is based on the pursuit of continous improvements aimed at minimizing costs and maximizing value on a construction project.
Hussong successfully completed more th an 40 hours of coursework based on this principle.
Prior to his current role, Hussong wroked in the field as an assistant superintendent.
