San Francisco-based real estate investment and development firm, Bristol Group, Inc., recently signed a seven-year lease extension and expansion at its Wood Hill Crossing Business Park in Woodridge, Illinois, with RJW Transportation, Inc.
RJW has been a long term tenant at Wood Hill Crossings and expanded its existing 150,000-square-foot lease by 81,250 square feet, for a sum total of 231,250 square feet. The tenant also extended the term of the lease until May 2023.
In addition to RJW’s lease, there has been one other lease transaction of note at the Wood Hill Crossing Business Park. Trelltex, Inc. renewed its 47,000 square foot lease at 2725 Davey Road for 62 months. Jim Cummings of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Trelltex, while Dave Williams and Mathias Belayenh once again represented ownership.
The combination of these leases brings the Wood Hill Crossing Business Park to a 97 percent occupancy with only one 29,000 square foot vacancy remaining.
