RMK Management Corp. has been selected to oversee property management for Wells Place Luxury Apartments, an 84-unit boutique luxury apartment building that was completed in 2017. Located at 837 and 839 S. Wells Street in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood, Wells Place is owned by Cresset Partners.
