Chicago-based RMK Management Corp. was named Management Company of the Year by the Institute for Real Estate Management at its 11th annual PREMIER awards held in Chicago earlier this month.
The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) is an international community of real estate managers dedicated to ethical business practices, maximizing the value of investment real estate, and promoting superior management through education and information sharing. An affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, IREM is the home for all industry professionals connected to real estate management, serving both the multi-family and commercial sectors.
“When my partners and I established RMK Management more than 30 years ago, we wanted to build a management company that shares the same standards of quality, dedication and ethics as IREM. So to earn its award for Management Company of the Year makes us all very proud,” said Anthony Rossi, president of RMK Management Corp. “RMK may have grown from a small firm overseeing a handful of properties to managing a portfolio of more than 30 communities in three states, but our dedication to our owners, residents and team members is just as hands on as when we began. I think that commitment shows, and we’re so honored IREM agrees.”
