RMK Management Corp. has been named property manager for The Raven Residences, a transit-oriented rental community at 4733 N. Wolcott Ave. in Chicago’s Ravenswood neighborhood.
Adjacent to the Ravenswood Metra station and walkable to the CTA’s Damen Brown Line stop, the property features 167 apartments and townhomes across two four-story brick buildings.
In addition to management, RMK is handling leasing for The Raven, which was developed by Harlem Irving Companies and is currently 93.41% leased. Apartments include studio, one- and two-bedroom units, measuring from 452 to 1,061 square feet, and six rental townhomes in two-bedroom, two-bath or four-bedroom, four-bath designs that range in size from 1,262 to 2,282 square feet.
All residences feature plank-style flooring; kitchens with quartz countertops, two-tone cabinetry, subway tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances; oversized closets with built-out shelving systems; and in-unit laundry. Select units also have private terraces.
Residents of The Raven share access to a full suite of amenities including a fitness center, community room with a variety of seating to accommodate socialization as well as remote work; bar/entertainment kitchen area with a pool table and TVs; dog run; and secure bike storage. The property features heated garage parking with 92 spaces plus 11 outdoor parking spaces as well as 8,800 square feet of commercial space.
