Located at 2625 N. Clark St., The Kent is owned by Strategic Properties of North America.
Located in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, The Kent has an impressive “walk score” of 97 and is in close proximity to some of Chicago’s most popular recreation options, such as Lake Michigan, its lakefront path and beaches; Lincoln Park; and the Lincoln Park Zoo. A new Target is conveniently located directly across the street, and residents are near numerous retail, restaurant and entertainment venues in Lincoln Park. Residents are also just steps from the CTA Clark 22 bus route and less than a mile to Lake Shore Drive.
