RNT Development, LLC has land under contract and is moving forward – pending completion of its due diligence – with a senior living community in the City of Glendale, Wis. The new community will be called the Lighthouse of Glendale, and will be managed by New Perspective Senior Living.
Located in the Estabrook Corporate Park next to the Orthopedic Hospital of Wisconsin and the River Woods Urgent Care Center, the community will offer residents independent living, assisted living, memory care and short-term stay options.
The Lighthouse of Glendale will feature a warm water therapy pool; a health and wellness center offering a fitness gym and rehabilitation services; a variety of dining options including a bistro, restaurant-style dining room and pub; and ongoing social opportunities through activities in its dance hall, craft centers or library.
All Lighthouse communities offer a variety of apartment options and floor plans. A high percentage of the building will consist of common space.
