Robert Dahlgren joins Podolsky Circle CORFAC International

Podolsky Circle CORFAC International is pleased to announce that industry veteran Robert Dahlgren has joined the firm as senior director of property management. Bringing over twenty-five years of industry experience to his role, Dahlgren is known for his professionalism and ability to deliver solutions across diverse portfolios.

As senior director of property management, Dahlgren will be responsible for the firm’s office, industrial and retail management disciplines, overseeing of the property management and engineering teams, as well as developing and implementing growth opportunities for the management portfolio.

Prior to joining Podolsky Circle, Dahlgren was employed as director of property management at Bridge Development Partners, where he was responsible for the oversight of a six-million-square-foot portfolio of industrial, freezer cooler and office buildings in Illinois, Florida and New Jersey. His duties included negotiating vendor contracts, conducting property auditing, managing construction of tenant improvements, negotiating collection settlements, developing preventive maintenance programs as well as maintaining ownership relationships.

Before Bridge Development, Dahlgren worked for Equity Office Property Trust, Hines and The John Buck Company. Beyond the typical multi-tenant office and industrial properties, his assignments included specialized single-use facilities as well as distressed properties. He first began his career in 1986 as a certified public accountant, working with various real estate clients in the Chicago area.

Dahlgren is a graduate of Lewis University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Finance.
