DevLinks, LTD recently leased a 35,038-square-foot industrial building at 3933 N. Ventura Drive in Arlington Heights their new headquarters.
DevLinks specializes in factory automation, design and integration for a broad array of industries. The building, which features 100% air conditioning and heavy power, was seen as an ideal fit because of its high image, functional layout, and 6B tax benefits.
The building was recently acquired by Bristol Group, Inc., represented by Jonathan Kohn and Brendan Green of Colliers International. Carrie Wagener & Eric Wagener of Owen Wagener & Co. represented DevLinks, LTD.
