Rockpoint Logistics recently renewed its 292,000-square-foot lease at 901 Bilter Road in Aurora, Illinois. The logistics and fulfillment company will continue to occupy nearly half of the 607,752-square-foot, fully occupied warehouse.
Completed in 2005, 901 Bilter Road is one of eight buildings in the Liberty Business Center. It is located 1 mile north of the I-88 and Farnsworth Avenue/Kirk Road interchange, offering convenient access to Butterfield Road and other nearby highways.
Transwestern Principal David Friedland represented Rockpoint Logistics in the transaction. The building’s owner, Liberty Property Trust, was represented internally.
