Rockwell Property Co., a Chicago-based full-service real estate investment firm, announced that Joey Verrant and Colin Hains have joined the firm’s expanding Asset Management team.
Joey Verrant joins as head of asset management overseeing the existing and growing Rockwell multi-family portfolio. Joey was previously executive vice president of asset management at CA Ventures. He also led Greystar’s Midwest Client Services team and worked for Hunt Companies as a LIHTC asset manager. Joey is a United States Marine Corps veteran, having served a tour to Iraq in 2008.
Colin Hains joins as an associate supporting the asset management and acquisition efforts of the organization. Colin comes from CA Ventures’ residential asset management team where he was responsible for the oversight of a portfolio of assets and the execution of portfolio goals. Colin also worked for Greystar as an analyst supporting the operations and client services teams. Colin graduated from the University of South Carolina and holds a BS in finance and real estate.
