Richard DiNardo has joined Chicago law firm Roetzel & Andress as counsel. He will focus on commercial real estate law.
DiNardo brings extensive experience in commercial real estate acquisition and sales, leasing and financing to his new position. He also has experience in real estate loan workout issues, including in the negotiation and preparation of loan modifications, forbearance agreements and deed-in-lieu agreements.
DiNardo’s clients have included commercial and residential real estate developers, commercial and retail landlords and tenants, banks, brokers, sellers, REITs, small business owners and institutional lenders.
