Brian Moore has been named the new Partner-in-Charge of Roetzel‘s Akron office. Moore, the practice leader for the Real Estate, Banking and Finance group, is celebrating 28 years with the firm.
Moore focuses his practice on real estate, land use, construction law and financial services including conveyancing, development, land use, zoning, eminent domain, construction documents and leasing, as well as commercial finance and loan documentation.
He has represented various key parties in a number of high profile real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating loan documentation as counsel to lenders for mortgage loans, conventional revolving credit and term financing, asset based lending and in connection with forbearance, reorganization and workout arrangements.
