Lee & Associates has closed an $8.9 million sale transaction for a 111,353-square-foot industrial building located at 101 Paragon Drive in Romeoville, Illinois. Jeff Galante and Terry Grapenthin, principals of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the buyer, Lakeview Realty Investors. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Opus Development Company.
“Given the depths of this spec building and lack of supply in the smaller sized units, Lakeview will add entrances and demise this to 20-25,000 square foot units to provide for the current hole in this particular sub market.” Grapenthin said.
