Rosemont, Illinois-based Lee & Associates hired Marco Federow as a Senior Associate.
Federow started his industrial real estate career in 2020 with MK Asset Management, followed by his role as director and transportation lead with KWILL Real Estate advisory. His notable clients include Brookfield Properties, DRG, Majestic Auto Glass, Christopher Glass and Aluminum and Kingfisher Development.
Federow will focus on the City of Chicago market from the Kinzie corridor to the Stockyards to the west side, expanding over the Chicagoland area. He will collaborate with Principal Sean Austin on certain projects.
