Leaders from R&R Realty Group and the Grimes Chamber of Commerce in Grimes, Iowa, last week cut the ribbon on Prairie III, the Des Moines metropolitan area’s newest speculative warehouse.
The 300,000-square-foot warehouse is the most recent addition to Prairie Business Park, a development located near the intersection of Highway 141 with I-80/35 in Grimes, Iowa. The completion of Prairie III brings the park’s total size to 800,000 square feet.
Two other warehouses have been completed and a fourth is planned. Each of the park’s buildings have been designed to meet the needs of modern warehouse users with features like 32-foot ceiling heights and ESFR fire suppression systems.
