R&R Realty Group announced the redevelopment of the Arcadia Building office building at 700 Vista Drive in West Des Moines.
One of the highlights of the Arcadia building’s redevelopment are the introduction of new amenities, with a key feature being the installation of a 650-square-foot video wall, the first of its kind in central Iowa.
This video wall features wafterfalls and landscapes, helping to bring the outdoors inside. The LED display will feature an immersive sound system.
Other Arcadia amenities will include collaborative spaces, an elevated coffee experience, conference rooms with the latest technology and seating for more than 200. The building will also feature a high-end fitness center.
The Arcadia building is located off the booming Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines.
The building will also feature expanded parking areas, outdoor workspaces, walking trails and sports courts.
