R&R Realty Group celebrated the completion of its Paradigm office building last Thursday. Attending the event were representatives from the City of Urbandale and the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce, along with business leaders from across the Des Moines metro area.
At 45,000 square feet, Paradigm is the newest speculative office building in both R&R’s portfolio and Urbandale’s Urban Loop area.
Plans call for a second, 45,000-square-foot section of the building to be added at a later date, eventually increasing the building’s size to 90,000 square feet.
Cladded in glass and metal, the building features a contemporary design, along with unique amenities like collaborative work areas and a rooftop patio. Including these types of features in the building was the result of several conversations between R&R and its customers.
