R&R Realty Group broke ground on Warehouse IV at R&R Commerce Park South, a Class-A industrial development in Papillion, Nebraska.
This 286,000-square-foot facility officially broke ground Sept. 22 and is scheduled for completion on Sept. 30, 2026.
Warehouse IV will be the second R&R building to feature clear heights up to 36 feet, multiple dock and drive-in doors, interior fans and outdoor storage options.
R&R Commerce Park South will offer more than 3 million square feet of industrial space. The development will eventually include 13 warehouses at 156th Street and Schram Road.
