R&R Realty Group wraps construction on 260,000-square-foot industrial facility in Iowa

R&R Realty Group has finished construction on the Prairie Business Park I industrial facility in Grimes, Iowa.

Prairie Business Park I sits on on the southeast corner of South James Street and Southeast 37th Street in Grimes. The 260,000-square-foot facility is equipped with ESFR sprinklers and features 32-foot clear heights.

Plans for a second warehouse in Prairie Business Park are now underway.
