R&R Realty Group has partnered with MD West ONE to build a 38,000-square-foot medical facility on the east side of 192nd Street, south of its intersection with West Dodge Road in Omaha.
MD West ONE is a medical provider of orthopedic, neurosurgery and spine care.
“Our continued growth and desire to expand delivery of services throughout west Omaha led to the start of searching for new space. Our focus was to identify a highly visible and convenient location in order to better serve our patients living on that side of town,” said Dr. Brad Bowdino, one of the lead physicians at MD West ONE.
“We’re proud to be partnering with MD West ONE on this new medical building in the Fountain Ridge development along the West Dodge corridor,” commented Mike Homa, president of R&R Realty Group’s Nebraska Division. “They’re leaders in their field and we’re looking forward to a partnership that allows us to help them continue to grow with high-quality space in the right location.”
Site work, including grading and the installation of utilities is scheduled to commence in the coming few weeks at Fountain Ridge West, R&R’s business park where the building will be located. Construction on the building will kick off during fall of 2021 and is anticipated to last approximately 16 months.
