Colliers International | Chicago’s Project Management Services Group has announced the addition of Ryan Bell as project manager.
Bell will work alongside executive vice president, W. Donald Jenkins, who has 35 years of project management experience and is a 10-year Colliers veteran. The team will continue to provide consultative services ranging from ground-up construction management and tenant build-out to infrastructure upgrades.
Bell spent the previous 10 years at Executive Construction Inc. as a senior project manager where he gained an extensive understanding of the project management process while representing notable clients such as Northern Trust, The Private Bank, Citigroup, Savo Group and Vista Equity Partners.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in building construction management from Purdue University.
