The Chicago (Naperville) office of Ryan Companies US, Inc. has announced the hiring of Brandon Raymond as Associate Developer. The announcement was made by Dan Walsh, Vice President of Development in Ryan’s Great Lakes Region which includes the Chicago operations.
Raymond, 27 years old, joins Ryan’s senior living division which has been one of the most active and fastest growing areas for the region. He reports to Dan Walsh who leads the senior living development division in the Great Lakes Region.
In his role as Associate Developer, Raymond will be part of the team that is in varying stages of the development process for expanding Ryan’s Clarendale-branded projects. His primary responsibilities will be to assist the team with site selection, zoning and approvals, quantitative analysis and project design efforts, collaborating with Ryan’s construction division. In this role, Raymond will draw from recent work experiences as well as his training and education as an attorney.
