Ryan Companies, U.S., Inc. will build a new, 29,000-square-foot professional building and clinic for Edward-Elmhurst Health in Elmhurst, IL. The two-story, Class A clinic will be constructed downtown, adjacent to the existing Elmhurst Clinic, and will modernize healthcare delivery for patients in Elmhurst and the surrounding area. Construction will begin in March and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

The new building will include prairie style architecture, more windows, enhanced lobbies with natural light and modernized systems. It will be built in the existing parking lot, allowing Elmhurst Clinic to continue operations during construction. Valet parking will be available for patients.
