Ryan Companies US, Inc. recently announced plans to open an office in Southeast Wisconsin,based on a diversified portfolio of real estate projects completed and/or in varying stages of development there and a history in the state dating back to 1998.
Simultaneously, Ryan Marks has been hired to lead the new office as managing director.
Ryan Companies currently has two projects under construction in the Milwaukee area. The Froedtert Health Medical Group – Menomonee Falls Clinic is a 145,000-square-foot multi-faceted medical clinic in Menomonee Falls, Wis., being developed for Froedtert Health. Underwood Crossing is a 175,000-square-foot, Target-anchored retail center in Brookfield, Wis.
Ryan expects its new Wisconsin office to be fully operational by the end of the summer.
Marks joins Ryan Companies with more than 10 years of diversified commercial real estate experience, primarily in the areas of finance and acquisition.
Before joining Ryan, Marks most recently worked as vice president of finance and investments at Irgens Development Partners, a Milwaukee-based firm. Previously he was a vice president with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, one of the nation’s largest mortgage banking firms.
