Ryan Companies US, Inc. has announced the promotions of three employees:  Kyle Schott to senior project manager, construction; Justin Allen to project manager I, construction; and Amy Weishaar to associate developer.

Schott is based in the firm’s Chicago office and has been part of project teams working in Illinois, Wisconsin and Iowa.

As senior project manager in construction, Schott orchestrates all project team members—owner, consultants, subcontractors and more—to work in concert with one another. He coordinates cost estimating, technical design and development, pre-construction and construction activities, subcontractor negotiation as well as schedule and budget management.

Allen, a project manager I, has been with Ryan for nearly two years and is based in the firm’s Milwaukee office. He has five years of experience in commercial real estate development and construction, and previously held the position of senior project engineer.

In his role as a project manager, Allen provides expert leadership of the construction team, anticipating tasks and keeping the process running efficiently and intelligently. Allen adds value to the projects he manages through close attention to detail, a big-picture focus on budget and financial considerations and a proactive customer relations approach. In all of these responsibilities, he collaborates with a project’s Senior Project Manager and Superintendent in bidding and estimating, regular team communication and project documentation.

As an associate developer, Weishaar conducts and analyzes market research to determine site feasibility, perform pre- and post-construction due diligence to ensure all required conditions are satisfied to close a real estate transaction for release to construction, and manage compliance reporting and other project-related documentation requirements.

With 20 years of experience, Weishaar was most recently a development coordinator after having advanced from earlier positions in Construction and Development since she joined the firm in 2005.
