Ryan Companies US, Inc. promoted Nick Kaminski to vice president of healthcare construction. With more than 20 years at Ryan and based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Kaminski now leads construction operations for complex healthcare projects across the company’s national portfolio.
In this role, Kaminski is focused on driving collaboration across regions, enhancing construction systems, and ensuring consistency in project delivery. He is a champion of industry innovation, leveraging tools such as virtual design and construction and enterprise resource planning to strengthen operational excellence.
Kaminski also actively supports business development by partnering with healthcare leaders to showcase Ryan’s deep construction expertise. He also plays a key role in developing future talent and fostering a culture of mentorship, continuous learning, and growth.
