Minneapolis-based Ryan Companies recently opened a new office in Milwaukee. Located in the historic Monroe Building, the new office comes about three months after Ryan announced the addition of Ryan Marks as managing director to lead the company’s business operations in southeast Wisconsin.
Nick Kaminski, a senior project manager and 10-year veteran of Ryan, has transferred from the firm’s Chicago office to the Milwaukee location.
Though Ryan has recently opened its Milwaukee office, the company’s history of developing, designing, constructing and managing commercial real estate projects in Wisconsin includes work for such customers as Froedtert Health, Deere & Company, Target, Toro, Sysco, Gander Mountain and Best Buy.
Some of Ryan’s notable projects in the state include Froedtert Health Menomonee Falls Clinic in Menomonee Falls, Wis.; Underwood Crossing, a retail center that includes a Target and a Trader Joe’s, in Brookfield, Wis.; Community Memorial Medical Commons in Menomonee Falls, Wis.; Toro Distribution Center in Tomah, Wis.; and Deere & Company Central Consolidated Distribution Center in Janesville, Wis.
