The Great Lakes Region of Ryan Companies US, Inc. and its project partner LCS®, announced plans for Clarendale of Hendersonville, a $40 million senior living community in Hendersonville, Tennessee that will offer independent living, assisted living and memory care units and services.
Clarendale of Hendersonville will be the fourth community in the Clarendale senior living brand.
The Hendersonville Board of Mayor and Aldermen voted overwhelmingly to approve land use and height allowances for the proposed development, June 28.
Clarendale of Hendersonville will be constructed by Ryan Companies, also the project’s design-builder, on an approximately 11-acre site at the southwest corner of Indian Lake Boulevard and Maple Drive in Indian Lake Center.
This new community will offer 184 senior living residences. When completed, the development will benefit from views of Drakes Creek and Union University. Further benefits include signalized access and proximity to the retail, entertainment and services of Indian Lake Center and Village, a sizable mixed-use development.
The Clarendale brand offers seniors convenience, camaraderie, security and connectedness with hospitality-based services. Socially oriented amenities featured in other Clarendale communities that will be incorporated into the Hendersonville community include restaurant-style dining, a crafts room, a bistro, a pub and billiards room, a club room and a library, to name just a few.
The community will be managed by Life Care Services™, An LCS® Company, of Des Moines, Iowa. The Midwest-based senior living expert has brought uniquely customized senior living lifestyles to over 35,000 residents across the United States in over 140 communities. Founded in 1971, Life Care Services is the third largest manager of senior living properties in the country.
