The Wisconsin Athletic Club will partner with Froedtert Health to bring a new sports medicine and fitness facility to Menomonee Falls, Wis., and its surrounding communities.

Together with developer Ryan Companies, the Wisconsin Athletic Club and Froedtert Health will ceremonially break ground on a 90,000-square-foot building today.

Located on 10.6 acres, the $14 million facility will open later this year.

The facility will be divided into two sections. The Wisconsin Athletic Club will occupy a one-story 47,500-square-foot section scheduled to open its doors in November of this year. This section will feature an aquatic center, gym, training studio, three group exercise studios and locker rooms.

Froedtert Health will lease 42,500 square feet for a two-story building that will offer a variety of sports medicine and orthopedic services. This part of the building will open in January of 2014.
