Ryan Companies US, Inc. has completed construction of a 453,500-square-foot build-to-suit at Boldt Park in Romeoville, Ill., for Arcadia, Wis.-based Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc.
Boldt Park is an 80-acre industrial park developed by Ryan Companies.
The new building for Ashley Furniture is one of the largest build-to-suit projects in 2014 in the Chicago area. It includes office space, a retail showroom and warehouse/distribution space.
