S.G. Property Management is holding a ground-breaking ceremony April 23 for a 24-acre $26-million retail development in Grain Valley, Mo.
The development will feature a state-of-the-art movie theater managed by Liberty, Mo.-based BB Theaters. The development will also feature several outlots and about 50,000 square feet of shopping center space for lease.
S.G. Property Management worked with the city of Grain Valley for two years to bring this theater and retail development to the area. Construction on the theater will start in May, with the theater scheduled to open in late November.
Construction on the retail shops will begin after the theater has opened.
