Ladue School District in Ladue, Missouri, hosted multiple ribbon-cutting ceremonies this month to celebrate the completion of Ladue Middle School, Spoede Elementary School and Old Bonhomme Elementary as part of Prop L, the 2021 Bond Issue building program.
S. M. Wilson served as the Construction Manager at Risk for each of the projects, with Cordogan Clark & Associates and Perkins & Will as the design partners.
Prop L allowed the Ladue School District to extensively renovate and construct three additions at Ladue Middle School, a new two-story building around the existing Spoede Elementary gymnasium, and two additions and completely renovate Old Bonhomme Elementary.
Each project included the construction of an ICC-rated storm shelter and additional classroom areas with collaborative learning spaces, lab areas, and small group rooms. Each school also now features a new multi-purpose media center.
