S. M. Wilson & Co. partnered with the City of Webster Groves, Missouri, and Chiodini Architects on the design/build project to renovate the Webster Ice Arena.
The residents of Webster Groves approved funds through Prop W to create new amenities and make necessary repairs to existing facilities. The arena renovations include replacing the original ice sheet and refrigeration equipment. Demolition work is currently underway. The project is expected to be completed by late summer. S. M. Wilson and Chiodini Architects are collaborating with B32 Engineering.
S. M. Wilson and Chiodini have previously collaborated on similar projects, including the R. P. Lumber Center in Edwardsville, IL, and the Brentwood Ice Rink in Brentwood, MO.
