S.M. Wilson & Co. has been selected to build the first phase of a three-phase master-plan project for Covenant Place independent senior living center on the Jewish Community’s Millstone Campus in St. Louis County, Mo.
The first phase will consist of a 92,000-square-foot facility with 101 independent-living units featuring full kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms and bedrooms.
The building will include a main lobby, seating rooms, community rooms and laundry areas. The project, which will sit on 3.3 acres, will also include a covered walkway connected to existing buildings on the campus, as well as outdoor seating areas.
