Located at Shermer Road and Church Street, Gateway Northbrook has three homes available for immediate delivery in Phase I. The three-bedroom townhomes range from 2,487 to 2,740 square feet and feature two full baths, one or two half baths, open living areas, first-floor flex space and an attached two-car garage. Pricing on remaining Phase I homes starts at $750,000.
