Salon suite concept Salons by JC has entered the Minnesota market, and will soon boast three new locations in the Twin Cities area.
This salon and spa concept allows individual stylists to lease and design their own suites within the salon. Steve Dombrovski, of Suntide Commercial Realty, represented Salons by JC in the market and negotiated the leases for each Minnesota location.
Salons by JC opened in December at 132 Division St. in Waite Park, Minn. Mark Williams of Granite City Real Estate represented the landlord.
Two Twin Cities-area locations will follow, opening in late Spring or Summer of 2015, a Coon Rapids location at Riverdale Village and a Woodbury location at Lightfaire Center.
Jason Winkler of DDR Corp and David Stalsberg of Kraus-Anderson Realty represented the landlords, respectively.
