Sam Delisi to lead management services for NKF

NKF has added Sam Delisi to its team as the regional director of management services at the Chicago office.

Delisi has had 36-years of experience in the commercial real estate industry both in Chicago and nationally. In his new role Delisi will oversee property management operations and is responsible for growing the firm’s management portfolio in Chicago and throughout the central region.

Delisi brings a track record of generating and maintaining maximum profitability to the new position. He values a strong emphasis on the integration of a variety of service lines to foster business development and market share growth. He plans to implement best practices and strategic programs to ensure procedural integrity and maximize value of real estate assets.

Prior to joining NKF, Delisi served as executive managing director at CBRE, where he led the national Asset Services Office Practice Group and The Premier Services Practice. He also worked for U.S. Equities Realty, Strobeck Reis and served on the nominating committee for BOMA. Delisi is also a past president and member of COLBA and was a mentor for five years in the EMPOWER program at CBRE. Delisi attended DePaul University where he received a degree in Finance and Marketing.
