Nearly 62,000 square feet in size, the space expands SAMPA USA’s operating footprint by approximately 48%. The added capacity is intended to improve inventory availability and service while supporting truck and trailer dealerships throughout the region. It also supports SAMPA USA’s target of more than 50% sales growth over the next two to three years.
Brown Commercial Group President and Managing Partner Dan Brown represented the developer and owner, Cratos Industrial, in the lease transaction. The space is part of Blue Heron 160, a three-unit, state-of-the-art industrial building totaling 166,573 square feet that is now fully leased. The business park was constructed to fill demand from small to mid-sized industrial manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and e-commerce tenants.
