Sand Capital expanded its retail holdings and acquired Honey Creek Commons Shopping Center in Terre Haute, Indiana. At more than 179,100 square feet, this is Sand Capital’s largest transaction of 2019.
Honey Creek Commons was originally developed in 2005 and is anchored by Koh’s, Jo-Ann and TJMaxx. The property sits along U.S. 41/150, a major thoroughfare in the city of Terre Haute.
Sand Capital plans to reposition the asset through leasing and potential redevelopment of portions of it.
