Sansone Group announced the sale of 1.2 acres of retail space at 1615 Jungermann Road in St. Peters, Missouri. KRC Development, LLC sold the land to Jungermann-St. Peters, LLC. Mark Kornfeld represented the seller. Pace Properties represented the buyer.
The firm also announced the 2,032-square-foot lease renewal of Novak Jewelry at 14442 Clayton Road in Ballwin, Missouri. Tim McFarland of Sansone represented the lessor, Mason Olive Central Associates, LLP.
