Sansone Group recently purchased the Darmstadt Crossing shopping center in Evansville, Indiana.
The 73,476-square-foot retail center is anchored by a 59,476-square-foot Schnuck’s grocery store.
Sansone Group purchased the retail center from Desco Group, paying $13.8 million for the property. The center is 100 percent leased with tenants including Hacienda Mexican Restaurant, Premiere Tanning, Pro Nails and Image Hair Salon.
