Sansone Group led the successful disposition of Towne South Plaza, a 163,000-square-foot retail center in Terre Haute, Indiana, to Wild Moose Ventures. Sansone Group has retained management and leasing under the property’s new ownership.
Sansone Group managed and leased the property since 2002. In 2015, Sansone Group bought the center while retaining in-house services. Even through the 2008-2009 recession, Sansone Group’s Grant Mechlin led the leasing effort resulting in 100% occupancy at the center.
Sansone Group’s property management team facilitated major roof renovation with third-party restoration and insurance, increasing the asset value.
Sansone Group connected with Wild Moose Ventures through Mechline and Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Ben Wineman. The team led a contract-to-close disposition within less than 90 days.
