Sansone Group helps bring restaurant of former Cardinals’ star to Missouri’s Clayton on the Park

Mark Kornfeld and Grant Mechlin of Sansone Group represented business partners Mark Winfield and former St. Louis Cardinal All-Star Jim Edmonds in a lease transaction for about 7,000 square feet of restaurant space at the luxury apartment building Clayton on the Park in Clayton, Mo.

Located at the corner of Bonhomme and Brentwood Boulevard, Edmonds Parkside Grill will occupy the street-level space overlooking Shaw Park in Clayton. A new patio will be positioned at the intersection of Brentwood and Bonhomme. Other plans include changes to the entrance, which will now be located off of Brentwood instead of through the lobby of the building. The restaurant also plans on using the rooftop of the 24-story building, an open air patio with vistas of St. Louis, for private cocktail parties.

Construction should allow for an opening near the end of the year.
