Sansone Group has purchased Northshore Town Center in Knoxville, Tenn. The 78,306-square-foot center is a 9.21-acre development built in 2012. It is anchored by a 56,340-square-foot Publix grocery store.
Sansone Group will manage the center through its Knoxville office.
The $17.7 million transaction was completed on Aug. 29.
